The contractual conditions, permitted uses, limitations, responsibilities, and other rules applicable to the use of TRIPA technologies are governed by the applicable Terms of Use and, where relevant, the applicable commercial agreement.
6Privacy and Data Protection
TRIPA processes personal data in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements and the relevant TRIPA Privacy Policy.
Information concerning cookies, analytics technologies, similar technologies, and consent mechanisms is provided through the applicable Cookie Policy and consent-management interface.
Where TRIPA processes personal data on behalf of an organizational customer, the respective responsibilities of the parties may additionally be governed by a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and other applicable contractual documentation.
The identity of the relevant data controller or processor depends upon the particular processing activity, service, and contractual relationship.
