Why TRIPA exists
People are more than résumés, job titles and personality labels.
People are multidimensional. Context determines which evidence becomes relevant to a workforce decision.
The fragmented view
Consequential decisions are often made from incomplete representations.
Résumés reduce experience to chronology. Job titles describe positions rather than complete capability. Assessments illuminate selected dimensions. Organizational charts show formal structure, and performance records describe past observations.
None of these alone represents the whole person. Important workforce evidence lives between the records.
People are multidimensional
Evidence can illuminate a dimension without defining an identity.
A person must not be reduced to a personality type, DISC label, score, résumé, current title, isolated competency or one assessment result. TRIPA uses evidence to understand context, not labels to define people.
Capability beyond chronology
A nonlinear career can be an asset, not a defect.
Traditional filtering can undervalue people whose careers cross industries, functions, geographies, disciplines, technical and business roles, or leadership and execution contexts.
Those paths may develop transferable capability, adaptability, pattern recognition, cross-functional understanding, contextual judgment and problem-solving breadth. They are not inherently superior; they deserve examination rather than automatic rejection.
Conventional filtering may fail to see relevant capability. TRIPA helps make those dimensions examinable.
Connected context
Contribution emerges through relationships.
Potential contribution cannot be inferred from personality alone. Relevant evidence changes meaning across Person ↔ Role ↔ Team ↔ Organization.
Technology organizes and exposes relevant evidence. Human beings remain accountable for the decision.
